Partnerships Committee

As YNPN San Diego becomes more connected in the community, there has been increased interest from nonprofit organizations to partner with YNPN San Diego. As a result of this demand, YNPN San Diego has created the Partnerships Committee to create, strengthen, and evaluate strategic partnerships with other organizations.

The Partnership Committee evaluates potential partnerships among YNPN San Diego and other organizations in the San Diego community. The Partnership Committee assesses collaborative efforts, the benefits to its members, and the capacity of YNPN San Diego to manage the collaboration with excellence. YNPN San Diego believes that collaboration and sharing of resources is an integral part of a strong nonprofit and philanthropic community.

YNPN San Diego partners with organizations (not-for profit, corporate, individuals, etc.) to bring additional resources to its members, increase its organizational visibility, foster shared values, energize and leverage allies, and create mutually beneficial opportunities with partnering organizations. The Committee will create and implement the highest standards and process for evaluating partnerships. The Partnership Committee will work closely with other YNPN San Diego committees to implement programs on an as-needed, ad hoc basis.
