Join YNPN for an evening of self-care, movement, and connection!
We’re kicking off our transition back to in-person programming with a mindful movement session followed by a discussion around self-care and burnout, and ending with an opportunity to connect with your fellow nonprofit professionals over snacks and drinks.
Join Loretta for a 30-minute mindful movement session. Participants will learn simple yoga-inspired movements that can be integrated into any part of their day—from getting your day started, to getting through the workday, to preparing for a good night’s sleep.
Hosted at San Diego’s Civita Park, this event will be in-person with attendees. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, hat, water, covid-vaccine card*, and a valid ID. We can’t wait to see you there!
Event Safety Protocol:
In an effort to keep all attendees safe, YNPN SD requires participants to provide proof of vaccination upon check-in or a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event. Mask wearing is optional but highly encouraged.
Please review our Covid safety policy here. For questions regarding our Covid Policy, please contact [email protected]
