Join YNPN San Diego on Wednesday, June 30th from 6 - 7:30pm for The Art of Inclusive Communication, a special event with the National Conflict Resolution Center.

In this interactive workshop that combines small group discussion, facilitated dialogue, and self-reflective activities, participants explore our own personal and cultural identities and learn how they relate to communication styles; how these different styles can sometimes be the root of communication breakdown; and, most importantly, how we can learn to recognize when a communication breakdown is happening, so that we can do something about it.

We look at how respectful communication can effectively address difficult, and sometimes inappropriate comments from others. Participants will leave with confidence in navigating tough conversations, in the workplace and beyond. All of this is done in a safe and respectful learning environment.

This workshop is supported by the County of San Diego HHSA, as part of the Live Well Exchange Program. Certificate of completion provided.
