Join YNPN for a members-only, self-care session to battle those burnout blues. Those of us in the nonprofit sector commit\ to doing important work because we care. But our jobs are hard. They can be mentally draining and emotionally exhausting. We shouldn't let burnout block us from the work we love, so what can we do to take better care of ourselves? YNPN is bringing you a workshop aimed at giving you the space to have a real discussion about compassion fatigue, with self-care tips to help you along the way.
Facilitated by a Licensed Therapist, our group discussion format will help connect you to your peers, and help you find support from the people who understand what you're going through.
