Reset & Restore: A Grounding Workshop for YNPN Members

  • THE HYANGLE 710 13th Street San Diego, CA, 92101 United States (map)

Nonprofit work is meaningful and can be a lot on your mind, body, and heart. You're constantly giving, advocating, and showing up for others in a climate that feels increasingly heavy and uncertain. This workshop is a dedicated two hours for YNPN Members to get a break to reset and restore.

Join us for a grounding, restorative, and gentle morning designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling more like yourself again.

No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Move gently through yoga to release tension held in the body

  • Learn simple, practical nervous system regulation tools you can use anytime

  • Reflect through guided journaling designed for this moment in time

  • Find community with other thoughtful and purpose-driven people

Whether you've been feeling burnt out, overstretched, or just in need of a reset, this space is for you.
