Hanna Jensen is the Chief Impact Officer at Junior Achievement of San Diego County, where she leads organizational strategy, fundraising, programs, and marketing to advance opportunities for more than 25,000 youth annually. With 13+ years of experience in philanthropy and youth development, she previously directed community outreach at the YMCA of San Diego County and currently serves on multiple boards, including as Chair of the California School-Age Consortium. Recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as a “Top 40 Business Leader Under 40,” Hanna is passionate about creating equitable pathways for the next generation to thrive.
