Come as you are, and let’s talk nonprofit life, career journeys, and everything in between!
This month we will be chatting with Tatiana Osorio is a San Diego based physical therapy business owner, leadership coach, and career coach with Project Next.
Originally from New Jersey, Tatiana began her career in corporate finance at Bank of New York but soon realized her true calling was in education and youth development.
Over the past decade, she has led impactful work across San Diego, from launching a cradle to career Montessori school in Barrio Logan to supporting first generation students in North County through grant funded college access initiatives. She is deeply passionate about addressing educational inequities and ensuring that all students, regardless of ZIP code, have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Tatiana wears many hats, but her commitment to community, storytelling, and mentorship drives it all. She believes that sharing our journeys inspires others to pursue their passions and reminds us that although this work is hard, it is deeply needed.
